Pattern: Tessellating Diamonds

The inspiration for this quilt comes from the stained glass windows in many sacred spaces I have visited all over the world. Except for the backing, this quilt was made entirely from scraps of fabric in strong, saturated colors, and was easy to construct. Near and dear to my heart, this quilt hangs in my sewing space at a friend’s urging, and special thanks to a wonderful assistant who was instrumental in helping to install it.
