Pattern: Walkabout

Two versions of the same pattern made from a suite of Moda fabrics featuring bees. I dubbed the quilts “Vanilla” and “Chocolate” due to the color variations. This “Chocolate” quilt uses a gorgeous honey-colored fabric, accentuated by the use of black fabric for the background. The stitching patterns on both versions feature bees and honeycomb themes. Extra fabric from the suite was used to create a tablecloth and throw pillows for a college apartment.
